70 DAYS
Well here i am at day 70 smoke free feeling as good as i have ever felt. Today i started taking my second lot of champix which would be week 13 on the tablets for me, you get one month at a time for 3 more months if you decide that you need them, i didnt have any side affects from taking them so i will probably continue on for the next 3 months taking them. STAY STRONG ALL.
good for you we are only a day apart 71 days smoke-free for me i was at the supermarket and i can sure smell smokers it must have a lot to do with hygiene well anyway it is good to be not smoking, well all the best.

day 70 is pretty impressive- stay strong, and focused and your there. Honestly reaching day 70 is excellent. keep up the great work xx
What is champix? Well done anyway - I am on Day 2 and have tried before without success however I realised that on previous occasions I quit with the attitude of feeling hard done by and sorry for myself so this time a change in attitude. I have smoked for 50 years and heavily!
