G/day all

I was happy with myself when I posted at day 4 but I must say it's even better now at 2 weeks, I was wearing the patches overnight but on the fifth night I had the worst sleepless and nauseous night that I have had so have not wore to bed since.Smell and taste is so much better and I can take deep breathes without coughing a lung up, the cravings are more like quick flashes now and are easier to deal with just a simple I do'nt smoke anymore and there over. Also there are no moths in my wallet anymore.

So to anyone thinking about quiting take the journey it's worth it, and anyone just starting the quit journey hang on because it does get better.

ALL THE BEST TO EVERYONE
