Day 2 for me Tday and I swear its killing me after 33yrs of poisoning myself I'm determined to stay smoke free. One day at a time .

it does get easier i am 48 days smoke-free, what method are you using well all the best and stay strong.

Hang in there it really does get easier try to find something to pass the time or go and see a non smoking friend tell what your up to you will find they are really supportive

STAY STRONG it does get easier the first week is adjusting to being a non smoker and your routine of having a smoke being broken is a strange feeling.Good luck what method are you using?

Everyone is saying it does get easier - it might not feel that way right now and it gets harder to begin with but the cravings won't kill you - the crap in cigarettes will! And it really does get easier - honest!

Hi Beth

Im only at 8 days so not much more than you are and I have just experienced the day 2 thing not long ago as well. You need to keep busy whether its gardening or going for walks. Drink water and then more water and then have some more water. Just say to yourself if these cravings are all it is then nicotine will not beat me.
