Holey dooley i cant believe i am on to day 28 :) only another 2 months and i get my goal gift ... teeth whitened :) super excited. i havebeen off champix for two weeks now because i forgot to take them so i am a bit worried i will fall off the wagon BUT i am constantly around smokers and it is not worrying me. :) Go ME though i am full happy! Also a big thank you to you gurs because it helps so much ... Also some food taste like yuck ... even coke doesnt taste the same.

Hello, Mgah, well done on 28 days, teeth whitening is a brilliant idea. You will not feel it the first three months do fly by. It is a great feeling and once you get the teeth done no going back. You are doing great off the Champix, I did the same too I did the same after a month and am 4 months smoke free!!. Keep the spirits up, and keep posting here, look forward to hearing your progress.
