Hi blue 57, you're not smoking, and that probably overrides any other concern! And getting close to a year, just brilliant. I think I'm going to have the same problem, I'm day 60, using Nicabate lozenges, and every time I try to cut down/stop I get horribly emotional and start obsessing about cigarettes. I'm not going to smoke again, but I can see giving up the NRT is going to be a challenge. I'm trying to use sugar free and normal peppermints as a substitute for some doses, doesn't satisfy the nicotine addiction though. Please keep posting with how you go, all the best.
