Well week 2 came and went and I am still a non smokerI still have my brain reminding me that I use to have a habit after meals, showers, work, with coffee or alcohol, well lets face it smoking was before and after ever thing in my life. This brought new clarity to my life this week as I have freedom for the first time in over twenty years and also today is the first Father's Day that my family has not had to wait for me and my addiction

great work you can beat this, 2 weeks that is great 35 days for me and for some reason i don't get any cravings and i was a heavy smoker i suppose it is just mind over matter well all the best.

Checks, so well done. Watch out for the next week, my hardest anyway. Yeah I could plot out my whole day with which cigarettes followed or preceded which event. But it is just habit, and you can be stronger than our addiction.

Hi checks well done on 2 weeks that is awesome. Great achievement. Alot if it is habit, I remember checking my bag over and over again going out the door , looking for something it was them. that goes after a round two weeks or so . Keep it up you are doing brilliant.
