Good On You RJ, For dusting yourself off and putting that " slip up ' behind you. We are only human, Sometimes we " slip up".Its all part and parcel of learning to be a non smoker. You felt bad for that experience therefore you learnt how much you dont really want to smoke. Its one crazy mind game this quit journey. But here's to you, to your strength and your wisdom..Stay strong and keep posting to let us know how your going xx

hey RJ...."big" congrats to you. I know that feeling all too well....we both picked ourselves up and dusted ourselves off and put that dreaded slip up behind us...its hard isn't it? This journey. But it's comforting to have this site to help us thru isn't it? Sending you strength, support and positive thoughts........ : )

At least you're starting again and not quitting quitting!! Sometimes people on diets crash and have a binge day, those cutting down on booze go on an all day bender, those giving up smoking have a ciggy. It's a glitch - not a total disaster - we're all with you! Good luck!

Hey RJ, hope alls good with your doc visit. Just go with what works. Feelings pass, but sometimes we slip, I hope you're feeling stronger this time to know how to deal with the situation if it happens again. Good luck.
