THE FIRST TIME I STOPED I SWEARED I WOULD STOP BUT I DIDNT AFTER A WEEK THEN I STOPPED AGAIN FOR A MONTH BUT MY GIRLFRIEND SAID I WAS ALWAYS MAD AND GAVE ME A CIGARETTE THE  I STOPPED AGAIN AND THIS TIME FOR A HOLE YEAR AND I CELEBRATED WITH          A CIGARETTE THEN AFTER THAT I JUST DIDNT HAVE A CIGARETTE AGAIN AND THATS MY SSTORY.

it is good that you can stop at one, after going without a smoke for a whole year, well all the best.
