Hi all, GO TEAM CHAMPIX. my first goal was 3 days. Then 3weeks. Then to do it again. So now I've done it. How stoked am I? Yeah it's not easy, but 1 day at a time, 1 craving at a time. Training for a mountain bike marathon, did the full track last w'end. Feelin great, better every day. Walking, running, riding, further everyday. How goods this!!! Shoulda done this years ago. Don't hindsight suck.Good luck to you all. Stay strong. Feelings pass, we move on. Keep posting

Wow, Paddy. Congratulations. A marathon, sounds awesome. The possibilities as a non smoker!!

Great to hear I find it a bit easier to give up when you have a goal, especially a fitness one. I was thinking if a mini triathlon next year, I can swim and ride but am unable to run so will have to change my goal. Good luck in your marathon tell us how you went.
