Hi this is my first post on here but am now been smoke free for 6 weeks.I started with champix and for the first two weeks i felt fantastic ,full of life.Really suffered with the side effects of champix but have stuck with it.have now stopped taking them and have started to crave agin and feeling extremely sleepy all the time.I had smoked for nearly 30 years but still feel determed to resist the urge i cant contemplate going back to the way i was.just need to saty focussed and on the bigger picture in that no matter what you are having to deal with it has to be better than going back to smoking.

Oh well done and welcome! You are a week ahead of me, I'm using Nicabate lozenges, hey what ever helps us get free from this addiction. I find when I get the urge I can post on this site and get so much support, thank you everyone.
