Fighting but doing well

Hello Everyone,
I am on day fourteen. I am loving being smoke free and somehow haven't slipped up.
However I have found the last few days harder than the first three days. Th cravings have been getting to me in a big way. The patches are really helping me and I just keep reminding myself how much better off I am without the cigarettes.
Quitting smoking is the biggest life change I have been through in a long time and I am determined to do it. I swing from thinking how easy it is, to wanting to go to the shop and buying a pack!!
I will get through, must do this!!!!!!!

why not increase the strength of the patches you know you can wear double patches, just when the cravings are bad you can always wean yourself of them later, well hang in there it does get better by the day all the best and good luck.

Well done freeman I am on day 15 and we all do still get cravings of a sought just remember why you have up and keep your self occupied when they do

Hey Free Man, I'm on day 55. I certainly found week three the hardest, but get through it and things get easier! I'm using Nicabate lozenges, they do help with immediate cravings, maybe they'd be useful in conjunction with the patches? Just stay away from that shop!

Hey Free Man well done on day 14 good work. It is life changing thing. But you are doing awesome. I sometimes get a longing for a smoke and I am three months smoke free. You will regret it if you give in. I found around two three week mark very hard too.... they were intense and came out of nowhere accompanied by sad feelings about missing them . I just ignored them. Write here , when they happen, describe them ..... that can really help someone going through the same , I found reading posts here, helped me not give in. Anyways keep it up you are doing so so well. Looking forward to hearing more of your journey.

Thank you all for your great comments.
Today was actually a lot better.
Guess it's ups and downs.
Thanks again, you guys are great.
