Day 6
Hi, can't believe I made it this far, last time on this site I smoked on day 6 then kept smoking. I'm sure I will make it this time. Cravings were less today. I'm cleaning out car and re washing some clothes to get the smoke smell out yuk. I know some people say go team champix, just want to say go team cold turkeys lol. Does anyone know where that expression originated?

Well done humble on day six.... you have passed a milestone and are in a excellent head space, cleaning and washing away the smoke very symbolic to where you are at good for you, thrilled for you. To the future ahead free from the chains of addiction. XXXX
