Hi everyone, thank you all so much for your support, normally I would have had more smokes after my slip up but it's thanks to everyone's kind words that I am still off. Sometimes l feel I may have been more of a habit than addicted smoker, I smoked around 20 a day and having food eg in the car or on work breaks I seem to be ok, I don't get a lot of cravings but when I do I distract myself. Does anyone else feel it was more habit?

I am almost certain it was a habit. But glad I am over the habit now.

Good for you for not taking up the smokes again and I do know how hard it is at times especially when someone is around you that smokes......it does get tempting but sometimes it is best to just walk away from them.

Hey Humble glad to see you are still sticking to quitting.

I was not a habit smoker I was an addict I use to smoke two packs a day.

I found the habit harder to break than the nicotine cravings. Changing my routine helped - a lot!
