Hi I have been taking champix and the cravings are less this time but are still there and I find that I still have to use a lot of will power in the afternoons as I become more tired from the stress of the day. On a positive note I discovered my sense of smell has returned today after three days of not smoking and it makes me more determined to never smoke those cancer sticks again

WELL DONE I ALSO HAVE CRAVINGS SOMETIMES AND FORGETTING THAT I DONT SMOKE ANYMORE WHEN I FINISH MY MEALS AS I WOULD USUALLY GO STRAIT OUTSIDE FOR A SMOKE.

Hey checks, go you, 3 days. Start of a whole new lease on life. Changing everything worked for me. Think of the big picture, you think the sense of smells good, wait till taste kicks in. Remember cravings are just feelings. We can control our feelings. Feelings pass. These feelings pass quicker each day. It was 2 weeks before I was game to go to a shop by myself, thru fear of buying a pack. Change your life today to make it easier on yourself tomorrow. Good luck, hang in there.

Ha ha Sconie you made me laugh that's exactly what I have been doing.

I guess after 22 years it will take a couple of days to remember I am a non smoker and I don't need to rush outside from the dinner table
