Hi all, I've done it, reached the 3 week milestone. Next step is to do it again. GO TEAM CHAMPIX!!!! One step at a time. I hasn't been a total walk in the park, but not as hard as all the hype associated with quitting makes out. The life change was harder, upending the family's routines to make this work. It's all about me right now. Good luck to you all. Stay strong and keep posting, it helps. Remember the cravings are just a feeling, they pass and quicker each day. I'm getting to the point where I'm not worried about going to the shops thru fear of caving in and buying a pack. Again, good luck to you all, stay strong.

Fantastic Paddy and it isn't easy, but gets easier every day. Being able to read everyone's stories is so much help!!

Awesome Paddy - I wobbled at week 3 but got through it. You're family will be much happier having a healthier you (with more money!) so the routine change will be worth it! Keep going!
