Hi everyone, I didn't quit on July 1st, trying to get in the right mind set again, but I'll be back here soon. I worked out not smoking also saves you time, if you smoke 25 a day, it will take you three minutes or more to have one so that's 75minutes more you have to yourself work out how much time you spend smoking. Hi converse how are you going? Good to see you still here, we'll done.

Hi Humble, it is mad the amount of time you spend smoking, I did not realise it myself, how much it did take up. I have to agree with the Chrisco, eric. You have got to get rid of everything associated with smoking, they are gone. the thinking is the hardest. It really is one day at a time. You CAN DO THIS,and I know you want too, otherwise you would not be posting here. I am rooting for you and been following your journey a long time, you are not alone, so many inspirational people on here to support you. I know it is hard, just embrace it, anything on your mind post here. Your health is the most valuable thing in the world. Saty Strong xxxx
