That's right. Day 9 done. How good am I. Cravings are nothing but a feeling that can be controlled, that's what I keep telling myself. Still struggling a bit sometimes though. Started smoking at 12. Decided I've had enough by 43, just. Really I'm surprised its going so well. Loving life right now. Hope I can keep it up. Wish me luck. Good luck to everyone else on the epic journey of quitting the daily bourden of the ciggy. Happy weekend everyone!

stay strong paddy. I started at 12, im 54 now and its my first attempt, the odd things ive noticed, my tongue hasnt got a furry brown coat hahah, no nicotine stains on fingers anymore, and all my smoker friends smell!!

Keep going paddy me too started 11 quit 43. i have now been smokefree 401 days 14 months, and am free. cigs and there companies manipulate your mind. Find 3 positives that are the opposite to your craving so you have answer for that soft spot. It gets easier each day, and trust me the day you relize you have control of your life and mind back is one great feeling worth it more than winning lotto. i used ecigs but you do whatever is working and stay strong remember you cannot have any cigs not even 1 puff you are now a non smoker
