schedule 12 Jul 2013

Its been 2 days, 10 Hours and 11 Minutes since my last smoke.

I have got an app called "Quit Now" on my phone that helps me alot cause i can see the types of achievements i have done. Shows me the days, hours, minutes, seconds since i had my last smoke. How many smokes i normally would have had in that time. The time i have saved myself by not feeding my addiction. The money saved and the health achievements i have done.

So far carbon monoxide and oxygen levels are back to normal, "Sudden Death" has been lowered & my sense of taste and smell have been regained.

I cant wait for when the nicotine is out of my body. i feel like im really tired, my eyes are heavy and ugly looking etc. Just keen to be nicotine free.

Hi well done, so far.....you will feel amazing the longer you stay quit. It is insightful the amount of time and effort we used to put into smoking. Well done again.... Stay strong

That app seems motivation for you and the more you look at it the more impressed you should be which would keep you staying focussed on quitting. Well done.
