Getting there, and reading other people's comments really helps. I've just had five days off work and they've all been smoke free! I'm excited, but anxious about how strong I'll be at work socialising with my smoking workmates on my breaks. Guess I'll accept the challenge over the weekend. Stay strong you sharing, caring people.

Good for you on 5 days smoke free. You will be fine in work , you are now a non smoker, once you get through the first break without smoking you will fly it...

Thank you both. I need to know that I can sit with smokers and not smoke. When I finish my shift at 10 tonight I want to still be a non smoker! Think I'll take some knitting...

You know what I find when I sit near friends that smoke? I have to move away as I can't stand the smell. When I am at the club too, the smoking is outside so if I go and see friends out there I almost die from all the smoke fumes so I need to get back inside quickly. I am nearly 5 months into being a non smoker but it did take me a while before I went outside at the club as I didn't want to be tempted.

Keep going and we are here to help you if need be.
