doing well i think, tonight though, i have set aside to get a ton of paperwork out of the way, usually would have a beverage and a cig next to me - going to try (strike that, going to do it) with out either....

Day 5 today for you, great work..old habits die hard, maybe some lemon water and something healthy to nibble on when your doing your paperwork, its all about changing old habits and of course will power etc etc..

all and all your doing really ell, stay strong and keep posting xx
