1 year today!
Hello to all my fellow quitters. Just wanted to let all you early quitters know that there is a light at the end of what can seem a really long tunnell. I used this site when I first started my quit and found the stories of other people really helpful to get me through the first few weeks, and I am very happy to say I have not had one slip in the year since I quit, despite some really hard times. It's so freeing to not have any cravings anymore and to not be a slave to the smokes. I also just had a 2 week holiday in Thailand using the money that I havent spent on buying cigarettes for a year. So for all of you just starting out, remember the reasons you have stopped and stay strong because you can do it!

well done Karen, I know the feeling as it is 18 months today since I quit and in that 18 months have not spent $9000 I would have spent if I had kept on smoking.
