Thinking of change

Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well on quitting. I am experiencing irritability and very dark mood swings, also severe nausea have been to the toilet earlier to get it up. I have decided to cut down the dose of Champix to half in morning and evening. I feel they are too strong. I feel happy about this decision as I feel I have done good to do a month. I believe I can complete this on the half dose. I'd feel better and more in control , the most important thing for me at this stage is staying off the smokes, thats my actual goal. Have been to the doc and it is fine to do so. Got my chest checked and there seems to be no problems so far. So I am still focused on my goal which is to not smoke anymore. Hope everyoe is doing well, keep up the good fight.

Hi Dr Feelgood, thanks for you comment yes I will check that story out. what method are you using do you mind if I ask?

well done everyone - I am day 14 and haven't stopped completely -haven't had many side effects= no nausea, some dreams and feel a bit low or maybe guilty for having a few smokes. want to be smoke free before I go back to Dr next week I WILL DO IT AMMY

Well done converse! As soon as the half dose is enough, I guess you are on the right track to even stop the medicine and stay quit :)
Good luck and keep us posted!!!!
