schedule 23 Jun 2013

I am still a non smoker :) The last few days have been very hard- had my dad and brother here- dad would light up, brother would light up and then they would both light up together. I wanted a smoke simply to get away from the smell.

Today we did our market and again, smokers everywhere. Again i could have smoked just so i did not have to smell it.

But i think thats all a min excuse searching for a way to do it again.  NeverNeverEver - regardless of what the mind says, will i ever smoke again.

I am still doing good.

Well done, don't give in to temptation. That's the spirit keep telling yourself you will never smoke again.

schedule 23 Jun 2013

Thanks goon - to be honest, giving in to the temptation would have really achieved nothing, because in 20 minutes the temptation would be back again :)

Then i would be back smoking full time and in 3 months, id be back trying to quit, then 2 weeks later falling back into temptation, then full time smoking then 3 months later trying to quit and omgggg this is the song that never ends.

Yeah i dont think i shall surrender to temptation.
