My first day today smoke free, so happy and proud of myself, thought i would slip up but no way, got through the cravings and didn't call into the servo on the way to work.. It was also my first day as a member of the I Can Quit group, I love reading all the stories and experiences from everyone, you guys gave me a lot of strength today just knowing your there and supporting me. Thankyou.

That's awesome news Mr Golf!!!!!!! Your over the first hurdle now - it can only get better from here on out. Saying the very first "No" to that "normal ciggie" is the hardest, now you just need to keep on it & not give up. We are all here for you :) look forward to hearing your stories.
