Doh just bought a packet
Its the habit of a life time, a packet a day. Not going to bash myself up but am a little bit annoyed that my auto pilot went and purchased a packet of fags.
So i decided to go to the doctors after purchase going to see someone on wednesday.....strength in numbers is todays theory.

And remember the majority of us on this road are / were addicted to nicotine..It only takes one puff to change us from x smokers to full on smokers again.I know for myself thats all it would take and there is no way im starting this journey again.For me This is my final attempt and Im determined to not give in..

I hope your visit to Dr worked out well and you were reassured to stay with us - We all need to stick together on this site - I'm now up to 448 days But I was just the same as you when I started to give it up, it's not easy but it certainly is worth it when you come out the other side

Dr was a flop, maybe my expectations of a good bed side manner and a helpful chat was to high. He offered drugs, patch and a book and said good luck shortest meeting I ever did have, result walked out crying. back on my band wagon to kick the fags, slip up or not!
