Today was really tough, man there were times i could have just gone and got a packet and jumped right back on the smoke train. I really noticed the cravings  today, not really stressed at work or anything just thougt about having one more often today than the last 3 days, that little monster is trying to get the better of me but I simply won't let him win. Staying busy and focusing on something else when the triggers go off seems to work for me, my family have been a great support along with you guys who inspire me to keep toughing it out. I know it will get easier so i'm looking forward to that day... Keep up the fight and thankyou for the continued support.

Hi we'll done I'm following your lead so stay strong for me. I'm not right off yet still a couple a day but have never got this far before so I still have hope. Think of all your reasons for quitting when tempted. Good luck.
