It went so fast that i did not believe myself lolAlready 2 weeks i'm smoke free and I feel good!In the very beginning, the cravings come very often (not to say "constantly" lol) but i've noticed that they decreased more and more... and it is much easier to block them :)

You really got to trust this medicine... it helps! I'm calmer and sleep better than never.

Good luck to all of you and will try to keep u posted on my experience... as reading others' stories helped me a lot!!well done to the ones who did quit and keep going... To those who did not make the big jump yet, just be confident, you will manage to quit; the main point is to stop once and for all!!!

Hi HR, well done on day 15!!!!!, it's a great feeling. I am still getting cravings, the irritability and that but it is worth it to be free. A few mad nightmares, odd.

Well done again...and keep it up like reading your posts.

Yes it is cool to be on a positive journey life is far too short..... nightmares are laughable and absurd..... but sure it is all part of it. My father would say it is the badness coming out ...lol
