1 month smokefree..

1 month (31 days ) smokefree today. Yeap thats right the first month of my new life down and dusted.

Feeling so much better, my skin is softer, teeth are whiter, Im sleeping better the positives from not smoking are huge,Its the best feeling to not have cigarette's controlling my life anymore, Im pretty much over the concept of smoking and the dependency that comes with it.

So here's to our new smoke Free life, free from addiction and dependency. Freedom at last to all us to get on with our new beautiful healthier lives.
