Hey RJ, thank you for your post..... I am doing okay I think.... I am on the 4th day of taking Champix, I do feel a little nausea but with food I am okay. I am dreaming again but they are nice.... I am feeling in tune and quiet calm alot of the time and my sleep has really improved. I am proud of myself so far to be continuing on this journey although my quit date is not until next Friday, the journey has begun. I attended a full day meditation a few days before starting the Champix.. it was called 'letting go workshop' kind of a clearing out negativity in your life in whatever form that stop you from going forward (a person, inner thinking, fundamentally the past) so it was the right time for me to 'let go'. Good for you RJ on the 6th day smoke free and I can see from your message that it is a positive experience so far , which gives me reassurance as I am approaching my quit day. I think you smoke for as long as you are mentally ready so a month for you it does not matter,Friday is the date I set so I am working towards that it is a guide and everyone is different. I am literally taking it one day at a time, and embrace it..... I have said to myself if I feel sad or whatever or snap, just to take a step back and understand I am going through a change, and whatever feelings arise let them pass through me, and just breathe.

thanks for sharing RJ , and good luck to you too, keep linking in , I don't think I could do this if I had not got this site, keeps me on track. X

Well done RJ, just keep swimming, I read your post where your 10 year old cried tears of joy. Bless her what a beautiful moment and a powerful motivator to keep going. You are doing it.
