Wish I could run away from these feelings
Am 54 days in was on patches till I was sick and the patches kept falling off due to perspiraton so have been relying on my willpower for the last 4days. Have stayed strong there was a couple times where I could have caved but didnt. I have feelings sooo intense and haywire sometimes that it can be hard to control them .... wish I could run away from them but have just walked around and kept busy when it hits. Its enough to remind me that I wished I never had that 1st cig many moons ago.

Had a bit of a melt down so put a patch on. But feel like I failed. But have been told I haven't ,anything not to have a cig.
