Starting again

I slipped up and am now having to start again. I could have saved so much money by now. So now, it's tomorrow. I am reading Allen Carr's book - it help me quit for 9 days before, so I'm hoping it will work for good this time. I will re-read my diary that I kept last time I quit as it says how good I felt about quitting. I am really sick of smoking and spending all this money on something I don't want to do. I'm worried about when I have an hour for lunch at work. I'd go for a walk but as I stand up in my job all I want to do is sit down in my breaks, so that will be hard. Any ideas, anyone? I just want to kill this nicotine monster.

As they say each quit attempt is a success, don't be too hard on yourself. I too had many quit attempts, am now on day 10 and feeling strong, you can do it. Are you using any help or just cold turkey? I am using the patches and find them great! When you have that break, could you access this app or read a book?? Something to keep your mind and hands busy may help, good luck, don't ever give up giving up!

A diary is a good idea. Relax and distract yourself on your break, a book is a good idea , or bring an ipod and play some music to unwind and relax too..... I find that helps me.
