Dreams
Nearly every night I dream I am smoking. Last night I woke up with such a feeling of dread. Is any one else experiencing this? Do you think it's the Champix? On a brighter note I haven't smoked for 12 days
Hey Tracie, I also have lots of dreams that I am smoking. This is caused by your unconscious mind still wanting to smoke and your conscious mind refusing to smoke. Hypnosis helps both these minds come together and be on the same page. This is normal and what a relief you must feel to be free. All the best

Hey Fadi. Yes day 13 and I feel better. Smell fresher . Don't feel so out of breath when I go for my walk.. Are you using anything to help u quit..? Must admit I had a strong craving today.. but didn't cave
