Day two.

Good morning, day two smoke free ...still cannot believe it...the longest ever . Yesterday went well, just moments throught out the day, after dinner watching the telly, where you were about to do something put don't know what it is , then you realise it was smoking. But that is to be expected, so that will pass the longer I stay here . Had lovely oil's and candles burning last night in my new smoke free home , lemon grass a lovely scent , it allows the left side of the brain to see options, and helps to release negative energies, and lets hope and courage prevail. So all these things help me along. I have to say it feels great so far, even on my run yesterday felt better. Oh yes I have a remedy for the nausea , ginger biscuits .... before dinner and take tab half way through and finish with a ginger biscuit and drink loads of water.... it still a little bit there but not half as bad. good luck to everybody so far we can all do this .....

Wow!!!! Well done Converse... Today I smoked two cigs only. I think tomorrow I'll be smoke free, one day before my official quit day. I realized today that I don't want anymore to smoke. Actually my first one was at around 4:30pm which is a big deal... Few days ago it would have been impossible for me not to smoke after my morning coffee...
Keep posting plzzz.

Hey you are getting closer, and yes I found that also towards the evening time I'd light up and take one or two pulls and be sick. that is the way I went, the full tablets really helped also... my nausea is not half as bad now thank god. These tablets are very very good indeed. I do not feel down, sleep is better and you know what the nausea only made me eat better, slower and healthy food and drink more water , which I didn't do before, I used to fill up with tea.

Hi Converse, my quit day is Friday 31st. you are going so well. what are the tablets called. Wish me luck.....

You are so right converse!
Yesterday I had my night pill with not much food (not hungry) I feel I was going to die. Plus I was sitting in a room with smokers so I got so disgusted of the smell that I left and slept. Today I woke up and decided to be smoke free. One day in advance and wondering why I didn't do it earlier.
I agree with you 100% this medicine is amazing and it does work perfectly fine for me too. Same also: better sleeping, eating and more drinking these days!!!
Thanks a lot for sharing your experience Converse. You rock! Well done for Day 2...

Hi Carolevista
Great! Another future smoke free person! If I may ask, on 31st you are planning to go cold turkey? Or which method did u choose ??

Congrats Converse, another day down. Well done HR and Carolvista on the big first step, choosing a quit date! I am on day 6 (using patches) am feeling great today and super proud of my efforts. I love the idea of nice oils and candles Converse, although I didnt smoke inside I am finding my actual sense of smell much better, gonna visit the shops tomoz to treat myself with all the money I have saved! Keep up the good work, and keep posting it really helps sharing experiences. I AM A NON SMOKER!!

Hi all. So proud of everyone. All doing so well. Different things work for different people. For me its Champix and Allan Car's book "The Easy Way". It changes your whole outlook on smoking. I am on day 40 and keep the book with me and refer to different chapters every now and then. I found it amazing. And if you can get past the side effects of Champix it is brilliant too.
Keep it up everyone... Day by day......
Lots of love and strength
