Day 1 SMOKE FREE!

Hi,Today is the 10th of my champix treatment. Tomorrow was supposed to be my quit day but actually I cannot smoke one more day. Yesterday in a gathering with some friends, I had my 2nd cigarette of the day (the 1st was at 4:30pm) and I felt so sick smelling my cig and the ones of others around me that I had to leave and go rest. Strong nausea and headache. I confirm: as soon as you reach the full dosage (1mg twice/day) you feel differently...almost disgusted of the cig. Champix has also helped me to be calmer, to sleep longer, and smell my own perfume :))))This is my first day and I'm confident I can make it. I cross my fingers!!!Good luck to all!!!

You will do it HR. Just stay positive and keep thinking how much you LOVE not smoking... It is such a brilliant feeling to be free of it. Well done and keep going. I know you can do it. Im on day 40 (with the help of Champix)...
