9 days smoke free
Hi all, ive been smoke free for 9 days and loving it, don't think i'll be puffing again. However i am using the patch but its helped big time, so i can't say im nicotine free......

I am 70 days into the patches. Some days I take it and others I forget. I now use only half a patch. I went for the first month on a full patch and then weaned myself down to half in the 2nd month which will go for another month and then I get my last script done which will be another 2 months.....then I'm on my own. Not sure what I will do then but I might venture into using the spray perhaps.
