Glad I have pushed through the cravings and got this far. I am starting to feel the benefits although atm am sick. I forgot to put my patch on 3days ago I was so sick  I didnt think about it. Now have gone without patch I am not sure if I should put one on. So far am doing ok, but am carrying around patches just in case it hits me when I start to feel better.

thanks for the support I am doing ok without the patches so far. Am booked in for surgery in June so would be good if I am off the patches. But not kidding myself, rather use a patch the have a slip up.

Hey oldrocka - don't want to argue with you, but they say it takes 3 weeks for the nictoine to come out, not 3 days. Man - if it was 3 days everybody would do it.

It doesn't matter to me how long it takes as it has to be done. Once a addict to nicotine always will be so I see it as getting over the hardest part now and living with it the rest of my life.
