Quit4Good

I cannot speak highly enough of the product sold by "Quit4Good". NO side affects, NO withdrawal symptoms, and ALL NATURAL. I really thought it was going to be a rip off - but it wasn't. From start to finish I had quit smoking within 4 weeks! If you are not interested in a drug to help you to quit - try "Quit4Good" - it is fantastic!

You'll need to be more subtle if you are going to try to pass off an advertisement as a comment. Way over the top.

To the three of you who left the type of comments that you did... My son was 17 when he took his own life. The year after that I had a miscarriage. The year after that my 20 year old cousin died in a freak motor bike accident. The following 4 years after that I lost 3 grandparents. After that my only brother took his own life. Then, less than 2 years ago my only surviving sister died in a freak motor bike accident. I have struggled to quit smoking since I was 18 - I am now 50. I have asthma which is compounded by the fact that I smoke. An advertisement as a comment? ROFL?! Steak Knives? I GENUINELY thought the product was excellent - sorry for wanting to share it with people. Sorry that you took it as some cheap, underhanded way to sell a product. I won't post here again.
You know Squeela I did not take your post as an advertisement and when I read the posts that followed they made me laugh which made me feel better as I was feeling very depressed before I got on to read some posts but I do not think anyone meant it to be hurtful to you at all.
It just goes to show that we read and interpret things differently to others.
Keep up with the no smoking all the same.

Dr Feelgood and Goonellabah2002 - thank you both for your thoughtful comments. I honestly believe the product I was recommending to be a good, natural product - I think I was stunned initially that it was misinterpreted as an advertisement - or should I consider myself that good that I had people thinking it was one? haa ha. Reading Oldrocka's reply I am still saddened that he, of all people, who had a sister who obviously preferred natural to man-made, didn't see the value of my comment. However, this is a site for us all to support each other - and perhaps I should harden up a little - after all, I am a survivor - not a victim. Again, thank you both kindly. Squeela.

Can you please tell me a bit more about Quit4Good? I have tried to quit several times, but constant use of any of the nicotine replacement therapies gives me bad anxiety. Cold turkey I just cave. Would love to hear about natural remedies. And good on you for quitting, Squeela, you are an inspiration to me! I've just started.. This site should be about helping others, not hindering :)

Hi Em2114! What kind words - thank you :-) I've used just about everything on the market. Patches, gum, prescription medication such as Champix, Zyban. Then I heard an advert on 3AW (a Melbourne Radio Station). It was almost too good to be true, but because it was on 3AW I thought I would investigate it further - and went on their website (Quit4Good). I liked what I saw, but still thought it sounded too good to be true. Having said that, I also thought "what else have I got to lose?". I don't know if you've ever had those peppermint breath fresheners that are like a little square that you put in your mouth, and it disolves on your tongue - but Quit4Good is very, very similar to that - it even tastes like peppermint. It cost me about $250 for the 6 week supply (I think it was 6 weeks). I started taking it and still smoked, but within 3 days I no longer felt like a cigarette. I was so surprised that I had no withdrawal symptoms! You take one originally about every 2 hours about 6 times and it decreases until you aren't taking them - and you are left a non-smoker with no desire to smoke. I can't guarantee that this is for everyone - I just know that I always found it difficult, or suffered from side-affects with other treatments; yet I found this so user friendly. I wish you luck with whatever treatment you decide to use in your endeavours to quit. My very best wishes to you. Kind regards, Squeela

Happy to report still not smoking - and I've even had a few drinks on a couple of occasions - very happy indeed!
