Phew! just a dream

Had a dream that was soooo real I awoke devastated and so upset with myself. The dream.... me having a cig. It left me feeling so disappointed in my self it has helped me not to have even that one puff which has been hounding me this week. If I felt like that about a dream I think it would be so much worse if it where actual. Once I realised it was a dream a rush of such relief came over me,really pleased it wasnt real.
