Day 7...

Well I can't believe that I have actually made it to day 7! It has not been at all easy - even now I could reach happily for a cigarette but this morning cemented home to me that I am now a non-smoker when my son told me he was proud of me....so that's enough encouragement for me. I will stay off them - and I don't want to go back to day 1 - the past week has been tough!
