Meals are difficult

Man, every single meal is difficult because I want to smoke afterwards. I am day 6 and it still feels like that. I think I am going to need to stop eating until my 12 weeks is up.

You need to control your thinking, stop thinking about every meal and the weeks ahead. This type of thinking is those nasty little nicotine cravers in your head working on you to have a smoke.
Think more along the lines of beating it one meal and one cigarette at a time, forget about the rest just concentrate on not having that one ciggy after your next meal.
Don't think about it until the urge hits, then fight it, with a little bit of time you'll be surprised how quickly the urge will pass. The urge will be still strong but it will pass quicker and quicker.
I still get the urge now and then after 8 months, but I can laugh it off now.
