week 3 and i cant stop thinking, wanting and eating food!! ive seen from experience ex smokers gain weight due to quitting. i know im just replacing ciggies with food. also i work in a kitchen so im always nibbling on food !!!! im trying to eat healthy but carbs and sh##t r a problem !

I'm the same Kelsie, I've already put on 3 kilos. Food tastes so good now! I have started walking... so hopefully I'll not keep on putting on weight.
