Hi there... I too found that work was longer because i wasn't going out for a ciggy. My tip is still regularly go outside and walk around the building, at a fast pace, get the old heart pumping, then go back into work. This worked for me. Please stay strong - you can do this!!

I too, used the walk around the building method. And lets be honest, a good walk isn't going to harm us is it? My biggest fear was gaining weight and so far I haven't, Ive actually lost a couple! Don't go back now. Imagine having to start all over again. Ugh! I know you can do it!

By better future - the days at work seemed to take forever for me too without a trip to the smoking area like every hour. I think I will try the walking thing too. I am day 19 today and I am still taking sleeping 'aids' - mostly this herb stuff but also mild OTC sleeping tablets. I had to. I was sleeping like 3 hours a night. I'm hoping to go off them soon because they tell me I should be sleeping better by this stage.I also miss smoking, every single day - but we will hang in there. Good Luck!!!
