getting close to week three now and althyough i have some sleeping disturbances either over or undewr sleeping these far outweigh positivley any smoking cravings im getting .althgough my savings are now paying more bills off,thats a positive as i have less stress about bill payments and wqill eventually have some spare cash to spend on myself

its all pretty good
