Day 2 officially of being a non-smoker and I'm finding it a bit more difficult today. We have several female dogs in season and the males are going off their nut wanting to mate with them - which in turn is making me very stressed out and making me think I want a cigarette.

I am trying to persevere through this hard trigger that used to make me smoke, although at the moment I'm feeling really angry and just want to punch something lol (not a person or the dogs though) :)

DAY 2 is awesome, it does get a little more nerve biting ( i dont sugar coat anything) - every dirty cigarette you dont smoke is a reward to your body. You can and will do it...Keep going! Punch something if you have to ( careful not hurt yourself lol)..You can do it
