sad and depressed today

Today is day 9 and yesterday and today I'm feeling very sad.  I started weight loss and the gym 10 weeks ago and have found the last couple of days i have no interest in working out, going for a walk or getting my 10,000 steps for the day.

If anyone looks sideways at me today, I think I would just cry.

Has anyone else had this problem

thanks rainbow4006, I was a 20+ per day smoker for 35 years and yes hypnotherapy tells me not to smoke, I don't want a smoke, so like going cold turkey (with a little help) but yes you still have all the side effects of giving up.

It does get really hard, I downloaded a quit smoking hypnosis app from the apple store, it makes you feel really great at first, then that feeling slowly decreases (but what more can you expect from a free app lol).

A lot of it is mind over matter and it is always easier said than done, we will all get there in the end!
