Feeling proud of myself today, day 14!  I'm able to breathe again & my mind doesn't feel so confused & racing... I'm also beginning to realise that I hold all the power again.

My fitness levels are slowly increasing & now I can focus all my attention on my health again.

Every time I went to the gym it would be 5 steps forward & 10 back, you need to breathe for recovery & I looked extremely tired all the time like all the goodness was being sucked out of me :(

Also going to quit drinking for a month as each time I drink I have bad cravings.  Good Luck everyone, I'm going to kick this habit in 2013!  We can all do it together supporting one another :)

Thanks to everyone for all your support & comments! Today was quite tough, I felt a little down & tempted at times...I'm finding every day so different, guess life tends to be like that at times too. In the past I would use a cigarette to calm myself, if I needed to relax/unwind or in times of stress/anxiety. I will continue to find new hobbies to keep me occupied, tonight I went back to rollerskating after 10 years, what a blast as I'm nearly 34 this year (haha). Great fun I could breathe & its great fitness & music too :)
