Last year was a leap year so I had to go the extra day before I could say I have been smoke free for a year.

All along the way there have been special times. One week, then one month , 50 days, 100 days, 6 months. All satisfying moments.

Probably the biggest triumph is the $6000 I didnt spend on cigs that I did the previous year.

It hasn't been all easy, some trying times around days 55 to 65 days , but while the feeling that a smoke would be nice is still there, I don't think about it very often as I know that I can't have just one. I am happy to have got this far and there is no going back.
