I am going home to Perth for Xmas and am worried about going backwards. My brother is having surgery for liver cancer and as he lives with my parents who are 86 dad and 80 mum I am going to be there to help as my dad no longer drives. My mum is in hospital at present with pneumonia I want to be there for her. My concern is if I get really stressed I will go backwards. Can any give me some tips to get through it.

Firstly, stop worrying about slipping up. You are adding more pressure to yourself when you already have enough to deal with. Focus on being there for your family. Believe in yourself, you CAN get through it without those disgusting cigarettes. Youve come too far to go back now, keep reminding yourself of that. And in the end itll build your strength even further. Get through this and you can tackle anything! Best of luck :)
