Ok day 81 today, The last few days have been really tough!

I almost caved in and bought a packet of smokes the other night, But tried really hard to distract myself which obviously worked, but it was such a mind game.

I have no idea why this is happening now, You'd think this road would get easier and smoother as time goes by. But i guess we've been addicted to this habit for a long, long time and its going to take a while to nail this habbit.

Anyway- positive, positively we keep on going...

Good luck and stay strong :)

MargR I am now in my 174th day and was in the same situation at your stage and also at 140th+ days. You have come very far and should be proud of it.

It was really trying but I manage to get over these hurdles, now it has become easier. They are no more cravings but memories and I feel more my 'myself'. You just have to stay quit and soon you will get over to the other side of the hill. I hope this makes sense to you.

You're doing great and congrats on becoming a non smoker. Sure there are times you will get the thought come back to you about smoking- but you have done so well and ur strong enough not to give in to it
