3 Weeks In

Finding Week 3 absolute Murder..........  Actually harder than day 3.  OMG....

Went out and bought a pkt yesterday, came home crying and my 13 year old said, "Mum, don't do it"...  I told her how I was really struggling and that I hated being so horrible to everyone.  Her response was "Mum, give it to me, yell at me, rant and rave at me, it's ok, I can take it".....  She kept standing in front of me like a boxer would there opponent, coaxing me on to let it all out on her.....  This then put me in laughter..............  My husband came home who is still a smoker and I threw the pkt at him told him I hated him (which I don't, but felt good at the time)......

Think I am a nightmare to live with at this particular stage, and hanging on week 4 and hoping it's better...............
